Ronin Equity Partners assists both early and later stage companies that possess a proven business model, strong management team, and (preferably) annual revenues of $1 million or greater in raising capital in the form of debt and equity capital and in both private and public markets. Furthermore, we seek to leverage our collective well-developed network of institutional investors, banking institutions, equity funds, and investment firms which allows us the ability to help find the optimal investor for each of our clients.
